At Imprint Merch, we want you to love your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your order isn't a perfect fit or features a manufacturing defect, we are committed to making it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
